Beth Sobol, President

Recognized as one of the world's premier fashion show producers, Beth Sobol's contributions to launching the careers of the world's top emerging designers is unparalleled.  An international fashion model for over 20 years, Beth worked for many of the world's top fashion houses in the US, Europe, South America and Far East before launching MFW in 1999. Going into it's 15th year, MFW is ranked #5 on the world fashion calendar and is recognized as the largest and most prestigious international fashion event in the United States.

Beth served as a judge at the 2001 Miss Colombia pageant in Cartagena, Colombia where she was presented with the Key to the City, a judge at the 2004 Miss Ecuador pageant in Guayaquil, Ecuador, 2004 Miss Universe pageant in Quito, Ecuador, 2008 Dubai Style Awards in Dubai, UAE  in 2010 at Banja Luka Fashion Fair in Bosnia & Herzegovina and over the years has received five Keys to the City of Miami Beach from two past Mayors.

In April 2006 Beth was named as one of Florida's Top 100 Power Players by Florida International Magazine, in February 2007 named as one of the 50 Most Powerful People in Miami by Reel Life Magazine, in October 2007 named as one of the Top 25 Influencers in Florida by General Motors Corporation, in November 2009 was presented with the Entrepreneur of the Year Award from the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, in March 2010 received the International Women's Day Award from the World Trade Center Miami, in May 2010 received the Gold Medal Award from Miami Today,  in January 2011 received the Movers and Shakers Award from South Florida Business Leaders Magazine, in July 2011 the Influential Business Women Award from South Florida Business Journal and in August 2012 Ecuador Fashion Week announced the annual "Beth Sobol International Fashion Award" to be presented to a top designer in Ecuador each year in honor of the work Beth has done in assisting the world's emerging fashion designers.  In March 2010 Beth was also the keynote speaker at the Women Who Lead Conference at Florida International University impacting hundreds of young women.

Aaron Perry, Managing Partner

Aaron Perry, managing partner of Sobol-Perry Fashion Productions Inc., focuses on the development of strategic business partnerships and the global expansion of the Miami Fashion Week brand.

Aaron is also the co-founder of Reputation Protection Group, a web based company focused on online reputation management. Aaron's experience also includes a long spanning career with Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino most recently as its Vice President of Strategic Development and Marketing and as a consultant to the holding company.  His responsibilities included the production, marketing and oversight of all of the venues sports and entertainment products as well as Gulfstream's $250 million retail and gaming expansion.

Aaron is the past Chairman of the Board of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce and continues to serve as its Senior Vice Chairman. Recently, the "Aaron B. Perry Innovation in Business Award" was created by the Miami Beach Chamber to recognize Aaron's accomplishments during his term. This annual award honors a business leader who has used creative tactics to help lead their organization down a road to success. Past recipients include business and music entrepreneur Emilio Estefan and automotive magnet, Warren Zinn.

Additionally, Aaron oversaw the formation of a partnership between the Miami Beach Chamber and Community Newspapers to create the Miami Beach News, a bi-weekly publication serving the citizens and business community on Miami Beach. Aaron continues to serve as the chairman of the editorial committee.

In 2011, Aaron was appointed to the Board of Directors of the Miami Beach Visitor's And Convention Authority by the City of Miami Beach Commission.
